Key Concierge grew essentially from our personal experience. Our second home in Sarasota was originally a vacation get-away. We found a lack of quality, experienced and trust worthy Estate management services. We quickly realized that as seasonal or part-time residents we would need to locate a concierge service in order to find peace of mind. This proved to be harder than it seemed and while we were away, we longed for a trusted partner to be our eyes and ears.

After 20 years of international business experience, we relocated full-time to Sarasota. We realized that even as a full-time resident there was insufficient reliable trustworthy services for the active lifestyle most of the Sarasota area homeowners enjoy.

Key Concierge was the quintessential business. Matching our business skills, knowledge of managing properties with the necessity for home watch and concierge services in the Sarasota, Siesta Key, Longboat Key and Bird Key area. We also cover as far north as Anna Maria Island, south to Venice and east to Lakewood Ranch.

Susan’s years of experience managing divisions of large corporations provided first hand knowledge regarding organization, management and results. Ferruh worked for an international Press Agency in Europe prior owning his own business specializing in telecommunications and computer training. Having lived around the world, they have extensive exposure to the challenges of packing and moving. Owning a wide range of properties there isn’t much we haven’t seen or done when it comes to home management.

    Prior to joining Key Concierge, Robert Connery spent many years in sales and marketing for media and Internet companies. The opportunity presented itself to join one of New England's top hardscape design and installation firms as head of sales and marketing. While there he quickly found a new passion for management and design of projects ranging from pool installations to complete property design. Robert brings to Key Concierge an eye for detail, a sense of ownership for all projects big or small and comprehensive experience in dealing with all support systems necessary to keep a property in top shape....
