Key Concierge grew essentially from our personal experience. Our second home in Sarasota was originally a vacation get-away. We found a lack of quality, experienced, and trustworthy Estate management services. We quickly realized that as seasonal or part-time residents, we would need to locate a concierge service in order to find peace of mind. This proved to be harder than it seemed, and while we were away, we longed for a trusted partner to be our eyes and ears.

After 20 years of international business experience, we relocated full-time to Sarasota. We realized that even as a full-time resident, there were insufficient reliable, trustworthy services for the active lifestyle most of the Sarasota area homeowners enjoy.

Key Concierge is the quintessential business. We also cover as far north as Anna Maria Island, south to Venice, and east to Lakewood Ranch, including The Lake Club and The Concessions.

Susan's years of experience managing divisions of large corporations provided first-hand knowledge regarding the organization, management, and results. Ferruh worked for an international Press Agency in Europe prior to owning his own business specializing in telecommunications and computer training. Having lived around the world, they have extensive exposure to the challenges of packing and moving. Owning a wide range of properties, there isn't much we haven't seen or done when it comes to home management.
